Shipping Policy
We charge USPS rates for shipping most items depending on the total order weight to anywhere within United States, please allow 2 to 3 Business Days for Tracking Confirmation and 3 to 5 Business Days for Delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. However, we are not currently shipping to P.O Box nor A.P.O addresses.
In normal circumstance, you will receive your tracking number within 48 hours (not including weekends) and the your package will be delivered within 3-5 business after the carrier pick up the package from our warehouse.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense. You will be responsible for providing a return shipping label.
